Role Requirements:

• Develop and implement the company’s recruitment strategy in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job design, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives and ensure consistent, compliant recruitment practices across the organisation.
• Analyse workforce requirements, labour market trends, and recruitment metrics to inform strategic hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, and recruitment partners.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business development and client satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and suppliers where required.
• Prepare and present regular recruitment performance reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UK employment law, industry regulations, and internal company policies.
