Role Requirements:

• Oversee the daily operations of the takeaway shop, ensuring efficient order preparation and prompt service.
• Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and providing training to maintain a high-performing team.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in line with UK regulations.
• Collaborate with the owner or kitchen staff to introduce new menu items and implement promotional strategies to boost sales.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular checks and staff briefings.
• Manage cash handling, oversee POS transactions, and prepare daily financial summaries for management.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and negotiate cost-effective deal
