As part of our continued expansion strategy, we are seeking a Business Research Analyst to support business growth, market analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.

Job description.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and branch expansion.
  Analyse sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and performance improvements.
  Prepare business reports, forecasts, and feasibility studies for management.
  Research competitors, industry developments, and market conditions.
  Evaluate potential locations and opportunities for future Post Office acquisitions.
  Monitor customer behaviour and recommend service improvements.
  Develop performance metrics and analytical dashboards.
  Support strategic planning and business development projects.
  Present research findings and recommendations to senior management.
