  • provides information to customers on products and prices
  • fields telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team
  • Oversee and update special promotions to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and current pricing for all products,
  • Collaborate with the stock keeper for efficient inventory control and order placement within the assigned budget.
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
  • To assist in taking stock counts and stock takes, and keeping this up to date;
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
  • Actively work towards sales targets using effective strategies and providing superior service
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions
