Job Description:

• Develop and implement customer relations and communications strategies supporting the company’s travel, tour, and transport operations.
• Manage customer communications, service updates, promotional campaigns, and informational materials.
• Coordinate communication activities across tours, travel services, and transport operations to ensure consistent customer messaging.
• Oversee website content, social media communication, and digital promotional materials.
• Ensure all customer-facing communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
• Liaise with operational departments to maintain effective communication and customer service consistency.
• Support the development of marketing and promotional content for travel and tourism services.
• Monitor customer engagement, feedback, and communication performance to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing communication responses during operational disruptions or service-related issues.
• Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the company’s reputation through effective communication management.
