Role Requirements:

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting both clients (companies looking to hire) and candidates (job seekers).
• Work on positioning the recruitment agency’s brand in the market as a trusted and reliable source for both employers and job seekers.
• Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to reach target audiences effectively.
• Develop branding materials and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote job opportunities to candidates, and keep clients informed about the agency’s services.
• Organize and participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking events to showcase the agency’s services, build relationships with clients and candidates, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for the recruitment agency.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients (employers) to understand their hiring needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates to the agency’s job openings. Relationships.
