Role Requirements:

• Plan and carry out marketing activities to promote the company’s property management and lettings services.
• Create and publish advertisements for rental properties on property websites and social media platforms.
• Update and maintain the company website, Facebook, Instagram and other online marketing channels.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, property listings and promotional content.
• Carry out market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
• Help attract new landlords and tenants by promoting the company’s services and available properties.
• Monitor the results of marketing campaigns and report their performance to management.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure properties are advertised accurately and on time.
• Maintain the company’s brand image and respond to customer enquiries received through online marketing channels
