Role Requirements:
- To manage properties of our clients who are private landlords.
- To act as a liaison between the landlord and the tenant
- To ensure the rental process runs smoothly and efficiently Schedule appointments that are suitable with the clients schedules
- Show tenants all aspects of the property including operating appliances, heating, and the boiler
- Provide tenants with copies of gas and electrical safety certificates and an energy performance certificate
- Produce a tailored tenancy agreement for tenants Listing properties with the relevant services and amenities
- Work closely with property management and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to property promotion and customer service.
