Role Requirements:

 

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service officers
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints;
  • Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments;
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of customer service;
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries about itinerary planning and flights booking;
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Communicate with other departments to address customer needs or resolve issues.
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer service performance
  • Organize training sessions for customer service officers to enhance their skills.
  • Keep the team updated on Travel industry trends and changes.
  • Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided;
