Role Requirements:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service officers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints;
- Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments;
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of customer service;
- Handle escalated customer inquiries about itinerary planning and flights booking;
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
- Communicate with other departments to address customer needs or resolve issues.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer service performance
- Organize training sessions for customer service officers to enhance their skills.
- Keep the team updated on Travel industry trends and changes.
- Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided;
