Location:   Swansea

Working Hours: 40 hrs /week

Holidays : 28 days excluding bank holidays

Pension: Company’s pension scheme

Role Requirements:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Meet , greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order  slips or by memorization
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Conduct any Health and Safety procedures if required
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Manage, record and resolve promptly all customers complain
  • Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
  • Establish customer service policies and procedures
