Role Requirements:
- Utilize Amadeus GDS to search for and book flights, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring real-time availability and competitive pricing.
- Create, modify, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs), ensuring all passenger details are accurately captured and updated.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets using Amadeus, ensuring compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
- Calculate fares, taxes, and surcharges; process refunds and exchanges according to airline guidelines.
- Address customer queries related to bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes, providing timely and accurate information.
- Book additional services such as seat selections, special requests, and baggage allowances to enhance the travel experience.
- Generate and issue travel documents, including e-tickets, boarding passes, and itineraries, ensuring all information is correct.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to resolve booking issues and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Stay updated with the latest Amadeus functionalities and participate in training sessions to improve system proficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions; generate reports as required for internal audits.
