Role Requirements:

• Prepare authentic Indian dishes with attention to taste and presentation.
• Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
• Follow traditional recipes while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service times.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in menu planning and developing new dishes.
• Monitor stock levels and report supply needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to customer preferences and dietary requirements when necessary.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working order.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of excellence at all times.
