Working Hours: 37.5 hrs /week

Role Requirements:

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality food in accordance with company recipes, quality standards and customer requirements, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, cutting, marinating and portioning food before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, workstations, equipment and storage areas in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
• Follow all food safety and health and safety procedures to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the Head Chef or Manager when ingredients require replenishment.
• Store food and ingredients correctly, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimising food waste.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
• Assist in receiving and checking food deliveries to ensure products meet quality and freshness standard
