Working Hours: 37.5 hrs /week

Role Requirements:

• Develop and plan menus, daily specials and cook food on time
• Responsible for both flavor and presentation with the aim to ensure all food that leaves the kitchen tastes great and looks appealing and appetising
• Ensure all food preparation follows regulatory guidelines
• Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• To create high quality plates of food in a soothing dining environment
• Maintain the schedule for all kitchen staff
• Ensure correct stock rotation procedures are followed
• Determining how much food to order and maintain appropriate supply at the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with all the health and safety regulations within the kitchen
